Room reservation

【Booking】

Appointment time：AM 08:00～PM10:00
Please call or e-mail to Backapck B&B,and tell us your boarding house date, your name, cell phone number, how many people gonna stay here and what kind of room you want to reserved. We will contact with you after we receive your notification.
After your booking, please transfer the deposit to our account(the 30% cost of Accommodation) within three days. Please let us know after transfer the deposit[call：082-323233,0934-000880]
After we confirm your deposit is transfer to us,we will reserved the room fou you,and the balance of accommodation until check in to paid it.

If after PM 20：00 haven't check in, the reservation will cancel,and the deposit cannot be refund.

[Extension and Refund Instructions]

To change the reservation date, please let us know a week ago. We will keep your reservation for 3 months.
According to Provisions of the Consumer Protection Law,when you cancel the reservation,the deposit refund is：

1.Before 14 days cancel reservation, 100% deposit will be refund

2.Before 7-13 days cancel reservation,70% deposit will be refund

3.Before 3-6 days cancel reservation, 50% deposit will be refund

4.Before 1-2 days cancel reservation, 30% deposit will be refund

5.On the day of reservation,deposit cannot be refund
All refund deposit need to charge NT.17.
